Shoulder injury results in $2 million settlement

Our client was injured on a local San Diego freeway when a tow truck company failed to lower the lift on a forklift that was being towed.  The top of the forklift struck a bridge under construction causing part of the forklift to go through our client’s windshield, injuring our client’s shoulder.  We obtained a settlement for our client of $2,000,000.

Spinal injury results in $250,000 settlement

An elderly client was injured in a motor vehicle collision when the vehicle he was riding in was sideswiped.  Our client suffered a herniation of a cervical disk with radiculopathy.  We obtained a settlement of $250,000 for our client.
